Oxygen Biotherapeutics, Inc. has reached a development and commercial supply agreement with Hospira’s One 2 One Global Pharmaceutical Services business unit to manufacture clinical-grade Oxycyte, a perfluorocarbon (PFC) therapeutic oxygen carrier.
